I’m middle-aged, and I go through this all the time: where are my house keys… purse… car in the parking lot? How did I forget those printouts for the meeting… to defrost tonight’s dinner… to move the wet wash to the dryer before it gets moldy? Sometimes, I’m suddenly concerned I’ve forgotten an important meeting, but can’t recall quickly what day of the week it is today — much less when that appointment was to take place — which sends me scrambling for my calendar.
Now, I was about to make an important point here, but I’ve forgotten what it was… darn! Looking above for reminders… oh, right!

Vibration Editor, Donna Cunningham, says: Auntie Moon, one of my favorite bloggers, does a great job, day in and day out, of charting the phases of the Moon and inspiring us to make uplifting and productive use of them. When she posted this simple method of helping ourselves make better use of the Moon’s monthly and yearly cycles, I had to ask her to share it with Vibration’s readers.
I’d been wanting to make some Moon Water for a while and kept putting it off for no reason other than I just haven’t done it. Interestingly enough, when the inspiration took a strong hold on me, the Sun and Moon just happened to be in my natal signs.
Maybe you’ll want to try this for yourself. First, I’ll explain basic Moon Water and then move on to Moon Waters prepared specifically for you.
What is Moon Water?
Nothing other than water left out under the Moon. Usually done during a Full Moon, Moon Water is said to take on the qualities of the Full Moon’s sign ~ it’s ”charged” by the Moon. You simply draw a container of water, place a covering over it to keep the ickies out, and leave it under the Full Moon. (Sounds a bit like making Sun Tea, right?) Bring it in the next morning, and there’s your Moon Water.

Editors’ note: This prayer request is circling the globe via email, and we wanted to pass it along to Vibration readers who would be willing to join in.
Dr Masaru Emoto, the premiere Japanese scientist and water researcher,
is asking all citizens of Mother Earth to focus with intent to transform the dangerous Nuclear problem that is continuing to develop in Japan.
High amounts of radiation has contaminated large amounts of water at one of the power plants and is starting to get into the environment.
Dr Emoto knows the power and ability of water to heal, transmute, transfigure, and purify toxins as demonstrated in his best selling series of books “The Hidden Messages in Water”.
So on Thursday, March 31st, at Noon, in each time zone,
he is requesting that as many of us as possible to perform the following simple prayer and invocation 3 times with our hands in the prayer position:
“The water at Fukushima Nuclear Plant,
we are sorry to make you suffer,
please forgive us,
we thank you and we love you.”
The power of this simple prayer formula has been demonstrated many times, in particular by the Hawaiian psychologist and kahuna Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len, who used this prayer to successfully heal all the mental patients in the entire ward at the Hawaiian State Metal Hospital during his time working there, as described in the book “Zero Limits” by Joe Vitale.
Dr Hew Len never counseled or spoke to any of the patients.
He just studied the patients files and went within himself and did the prayer process.
See Dr Emoto’s message at http://emotopeaceproject.blogspot.com
I hope you can join us.
Spread the word.

Two years ago, the Spirituality in Healthcare Network in Toronto invited me to share my work with flower essences. Instead of ‘talking about’ the process of creating essences, a delicious, intimate experience that I consider contemporary alchemy, I created a beautiful slideshow to lead the audience into a virtual garden.
They were mesmerized with the beauty of the images, for flowers always speak directly to the human heart. Though they wanted to understand the healing properties of the essences, it was the flowers themselves that elicited a deeper heart response and visceral connection. The images helped them remember what they already knew — beauty is powerful. It heals, uplifts,

An astrology session provides insights into the difficulties an individual is facing, but insight alone is seldom enough to bring about a major change. That was why, after 10 years as an astrologer and therapist, I was drawn to seek out healing tools.
My favorite among them were the flower essences. They are an excellent addition to an astrology practice, because once the birth chart and transits have pinpointed the challenges a person is struggling with, essences can provide a catalyst for a breakthrough. In this article and the next, I’ll provide examples of how they can work with difficult patterns associated with the four elements.

Today is Blog Action Day, an event held every October 15 that unites the world’s bloggers in posting about one important issue with the aim of sparking a global discussion and driving collective action. This year, Vibration is joining with over 5500 blogs in 143 countries that have pledged to publish posts on the subject of clean water.
Since Vibrational remedies like flower essences, gem elixirs, and environmental essences all have water as their starting point, we felt it was crucial to take part in this international effort to raise our collective awareness of just how vital—and how fragile—the watery parts of our ecosystem are.
We’re presenting a roundup of articles about special remedies and special applications that draw on water’s unique healing powers. Many of them come from our special theme issue devoted to exploring the many applications of the techniques developed by Dr. Emoto (author of The Healing Power of Water and The Hidden Messages in Water ) and Dr. Wayne Dyer (author of The Power of Intention.) The issue was Nov 2005 Essences and Intention – floweressencemagazine.com.
Many of you may be familiar with Dr. Emoto’s groundbreaking research into the structure of water and how it can be altered by positive and negative thoughts. He has written many books, including the New York Times bestseller, The Hidden Messages in Water, and his books have been published in twenty-four languages. His biography on Amazon.com states:
‘Masaru Emoto is an internationally renowned Japanese researcher who has gained worldwide acclaim. Emoto is a graduate of the Yokohama Municipal University’s department of humanities and sciences with a focus on International Relations, and he receive certification as a Doctor of Alternative Medicine from the Open International University.

In the past few months I experimented with flower essences from companies I don’t normally do business with. To my chagrin, in several instances I found out too late the flower essences I ordered were dosage level instead of the usual stock level. This information was not disclosed on the label. I inquired only because of an intuitive hunch.
What’s the difference between a stock level flower essence remedy, and a dosage bottle of that remedy? Which is preferable? During my training with FES, the subject of stock vs dosage was repeatedly discussed. The general consensus was this: that which you choose to use is simply personal preference. There are several different ways that people can do “flower essence readings.” These are widely varied in method — and if you or someone you know does such readings, we’d like to hear how you go about it in the comments section of this article. I’ve developed a method I refer to as “flower essence story telling.”
At the start of a session, I may or may not have heard the person’s tale — I might just do this reading “cold” without any information about their situation. Some people would not find what I say in the essence story to be valid if I know anything their problems ahead of time… it’s a kind of test they want to put me through. However, it’s a lot more rich if I am allowed to hear them talk about what’s going on in their lives first; we can go deeper into understanding their challenges that way. Read the rest of this entry »
