Intriguing technique. I enjoyed this very much and will be thinking about it with my next clients. What I like about it is that you let the essences lead you, and that you allow yourself to respond in the moment from there.

My own sessions start in a similar fashion. With a bit of client background, then I just 'listen' to what essence/s come up in my intuition. I then get up and take them out of the cabinet, giving them on the spot to the client in a small glass of water, with a brief description of the healing/balancing qualities. Then after a time for client comments or responses, we continue through the session. Talking, taking essences, and on until we reach some natural point of arrival. At that time there may be a dosage bottle of essences, either some of the ones already taken, or new ones. Oftentimes, though, the session itself seems to have created enough of a shift that there are no indicated essences for a dosage bottle. To myself, I call this MIUAWGA/Peeling (MIUAWGA stands for Making It Up As We Go Along) and the session may also include a bit of astrology, visualization, energy work, or music.

What fun, Deb. This is a truly creative approach. And I'm so glad to hear about your new responsibility. This vital area of care so needs someone like you involved.
