Yes, as we grow and change, we will deal with our human foibles and follies in new ways, but as long as we wear the body, we are still spirits in human form. Humbling, isn't it? Well, it's meant to be.... Beyond the crown, there are chakras above the head, some of which are "personal," and some of which are "transpersonal" -- even "Universal." The chakra immediately above the crown (it does not have a physical body location) I often find it to be about 6-8" above the top of the cranium in people who are accessing and using this chakra. Let's call this the 8th Chakra, though the number doesn't matter and may not even be correct when we come down to it. You may find yours in a different location, including a mile overhead! Try bringing it (literally) down to earth for a boost in your evolutionary path.
Below are two essences -- both available from Whole Energy Essences to help us access and balance the Crown and so-called 8th Chakras.  Wulfenite Gem Essence -- "Spiritual Truth"I am out of harmony with my soul's wisdom. This gem essence supports integration of the Crown Chakra and the spiritual body layer of our energy field. The spiritual body contains the soul's

themselves in other areas.
If the individual yearns for the spiritual so much that they relinquish fulfilling all other needs, Wulfenite can help here, too. Reminding us that our spirits are always a part of us, whether we know it or not, it may help ease the pressure so we can take better care of ourselves and others. For those either over- or under-concerned with morality, this essence may help create better balance and a more middle-of-the-road stance. Wulfenite knows that extremism in either direction means the channels of communication have shut down somewhere, be it within ourselves or between us and Spirit. This essence knows how to gently help re-establish clear contact. Struggling with right and wrong is a basic human activity. If you find yourself without sufficient guidance to find your way, Wulfenite can help open the door to our great resident wisdom, and to our Higher Source as well. This doesn't mean you will never make a mistake or that you will always be proud of your choices, but it does indicate that you can count on continued support and guidance. Prehnite -- "Divinity"I feel I have lost my way on the evolutionary path.
The energies of the beautiful, blue-green Prehnite are among the most evolved of the minerals. The essence supports attunement to the evolutionary path, the most broad and sweeping levels of wisdom and the everlasting Divine Spark within each of us. Prehnite vibrates to the frequency of the eternal and knows it is one with the Creative Force. But it's hard to keep that perspective in mind when it's so easy to get caught up in the small dramas of daily living. This essence reminds us that in the grand scheme of things, most of what we worry about is truly small potatoes. Prehnite helps us understand what matters from the Creator's perspective. Prehnite may help us remember the greater scale of things, but it doesn't want us to put all our focus there. It helps us integrate this point of view into all levels. If our dishes are piling up, emotional baggage remains unsorted, or our minds are going to waste, it may be we've forgotten part of the Grand Design: we are alive in the here and now. And that we also need to attend to the mundane challenges of living. Above the 8th Chakra there are others. Starting around the 10th, I experience the chakras as no longer "mine" -- they begin to be shared with my soul family. And beyond that, is where I believe our connection to the "collective unconsious" lies: we share some of these energy centers with all humankind... and beyond that, with all living things, including the Earth herself. As humans reach for the spiritual energies of the Crown Chakra, we should not consider them to be the end of the story of our growth as either individuals or as a species. It is our spiritual ego speaking whenever we believe we have achieved the ultimate in development, and no longer have the issues of humankind to deal with. 
This gem essence supports the new chakras beyond the crown and also the integration of
the Divine or Buddhic body. The energies of
other essences or healing modalities can
target these aspects more efficiently when used
in conjunction with the Prehnite essence. It
may be used alone or with other essences
which more directly target the issue at hand.
